Causes and Effects
In this section, while using a little medical jargon as possible,
1) include a description of the condition(s) or situation(s) causing the disorder or disease;
2) include a description of the effect(s), outcome(s) or impact(s) on the patients' lives as a result of having the disorder or disease.
You may include picture(s) or video(s) to illustrate your points.
1)Iron deficiency happens when a person's body does not have sufficient iron to produce hemoglobin. Hemoglobin is a function in the red blood cells to pass oxygenated blood to the different parts of the body. Not having sufficient iron, the body won't be able to develop enough hemoglobin and iron deficiency anemia would ultimately establish.

2) Iron deficiency anemia is lead to deficient iron, destitude iron, the body will not be able to develop sufficient substance in red blood cells that facilitate them to move oxygen(hemoglobin). Hence iron deficiency anemia could lead tot he body being tired and having shortage of breath.

Signs and Symptoms
In this section, while using a little medical jargon as possible, include a description of the signs and symptoms exhibited by people having the disorder or disease. You may include picture(s) or video(s) to illustrate your points.
Common symptoms are due to the reduced amount of oxygen in the body. these include tiredness, having little energy, feeling faint, and becoming easily
breathless.

Prevention and Treatment
In this section, while using a little medical jargon as possible,
1) include a description of the steps to prevent getting the disorder or disease (if it cannot be prevented, do explain why);
2) include a description of the treatment of the disorder or disease (if it cannot be treated, do explain why) or the steps to lessen its signs or symptoms.
You may include picture(s) or video(s) to illustrate your points.
The treatment of anemia depends on cause
- Iron deficiency anemia is treated with iron supplements. In severe cases be necessary.
- Vitamin defeciancy anemia such as pernicious anemia is treated with vita folic acid decency anemia is treated with folic acid supplements.
- Anemia of chronic disease has no specific treatment for anemia as iron are generally not helpful. If the symptoms are severe, blood transfusion is needed.
- Aplastic anemia may include blood transfusion to boost level of bone marrow transplant.
- hemolytic anemia treatment includes taking drugs that suppress the immune system or gamma globulin. If the spleen is enlarged, the spleen may need be removed.
- Sickle cell anemia treatment includes blood transfusions, folic acid supplies to the marrow transplant and cancer drugs such as hydroxyurea.
How to prevent from getting anemia:
beef or other red meat
beans
lentils (a high-protein pulse that is dried and then soaked and cooked before eating)
iron-fortified cereals
dark green leafy vegetables
dried fruits
nuts and seeds

You may include picture(s) or video(s) to illustrate your points.
