Diabetes is a disease , people with diabetes have high blood glucose .Diabetes is a disorder of metabolism ,The digestive tract boke down carbohydrates into glucose . 1.foods, viruses, and toxins, may play a role in the development of diabetes, the body’s immune system attacks and destroys the beta cells . diabetes is caused by a lack of insulin due to the destruction of insulin-producing beta cells in the pancreas .[http://diabetes.niddk.nih.gov/dm/pubs/causes/#causes]

2.diabetes can cause long term damage to our body. The long term damage is commonly referred to as diabetic complications,Diabetes affects our blood vessels and nerves that is why it will most likely affect any part of our body ,Diabetes and coronary heart disease are closely related .Diabetes contributes to high blood pressure and is linked with high cholesterol which significantly increases the risk of heart attacks and cardiovascular disease.  [http://www.diabetes.co.uk/how-does-diabetes-affect-the-body.html]

1.No, Natural therapies such as deep abdominal breathing progressive muscle relaxation ,guided imaginary and bio.feedback can help relieve stress .and emotional stress affects your blood , sugar levels.So learning to relax is important in managing your diabetes.

2.needs to take several insulin injections everday , monitor the blood sugar levels ,to eat healthy foods that contains carbohydrate ,regular excerise , regular medical checkups , don't smoke and last of all do ont drink drugs when you are at risk for periods of low blood sugar. [http://www.webmd.com/diabetes/guide/type-1-diabetes-treatment-overview]
