In both men and women heart disease often feels like pressure or squeezing in the chest. While women also tend to describe a sharp, burning chest pain.  The pain may get worse or occur more often as the buildup of plaque continues to narrow the heart arteries.

Prevention and Treatment   *Sean Tay*

In this section, while using a little medical jargon as possible,

Ways to prevent heart diseases are, eating a healthy diet, avoid smoking, and exercising regularly.

Eating an unhealthy diet high in fat will make your hardening of arteries worse and increases the risks of heart attack. Smoking is a major risk factor for heart attacks because it causes atherosclerosis and raises blood pressure. Exercising regularly can help  to keep our arteries and other blood vessels flexible, ensuring a good blood flow and normal blood pressure. One of Heart Disease treatments are, Heart Disease Diagnosis and Treatment. Medical care is essential once heart disease is diagnosed, with goals of stabilizing the condition immediately, controlling symptoms over a long term, and providing a cure when possible.
